Synopsis
In 1986, within a quaint Malaysia-Thailand border village, resides a newly widowed Siamese woman. Despite her loss, she continues to prepare her late husband's cherished dish. When her son returns with the husband's ancestral tablet, a remarkable transformation unfolds. The durian tree begins yielding its delectable fruits, while beneath its branches, red spinach thrives in abundance.
